These two training workshops aim to facilitate knowledge production and knowledge sharing on the policy and technical aspects of Consumer Dispute Resolution in person and online. The workshops were organized by the DODR team and delivered to participants from beneficiary countries - Indonesia and Thailand - with the assistance of guest speakers who have expertise in the design and implementation of Consumer Dispute Resolution systems.
